The Influence of Implementation of Safety, Health, and Environment Management (SHEM) Systems on Employee’s Productivity at MPC Company

One of the main aspect of the dissertation is to develop 1 or max 2 pages questionnaire list with multiple choice answers to measure the productivity rate of MPC employees before and after Safety, Health, Environment Management (SHEM) Systems implementation to 600 employees (200 MPC + 400 full time employees out contractors working in MPC, which is one of the important evidence in driving my paper argument, I plan to make 2 ways in filling this survey questionnaire;
1. Through the system for those who have emails like MPC employees
2. Manually by distributing the questionnaire papers to the employees who do not have emails such as out contractor employees and after they answer, I will fill it in the system.
