Carry out a cultural web analysis of HND as it actually is to determine the current PARADIGM

Task 2
Create a PREFERRED cultural web for HND resulting in the DESIRED HIGH PERFORMING PARADIGM

Task 3
Draw on OBP theoretical concepts and constructs to create a WINNING DEVELOPMENTAL PLAN to meet the requirements of the desired paradigm (Task 2) that will facilitate all HND students to make a successful transfer to year 3 of the degree programme (assuming that is their goal).
