Using the textbook and any external research as reference points, explain your perspective of a restaurant being sued for serving meat to Hindu guests. What is your opinion of how the case should be decided by the court? Include at least one other court case to either show support or differs from your perspective.

For your analysis, you will have the following five sections; introduction to the case and the issue, the facts, a discussion of the relevant concepts (review of related course material), and your predicted court decision with the reasoning for the decision (1 section), and conclusion.
